HELEN TSAI Helen came to AcuSpa with a deep passion for health, wellness and a great intiution of hollistic healing. With over 1,000 hours of training and education, she has truly commited herself to greatness. Currently pursuing a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Helen strives to educate herself as well as her clients of the benefits of complimentary therapy. Her knowledge of Eastern and Western Medicine allows her to customize treatments based on the individual needs of her clients. She specializes in combining Swedish and/or Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Reflexology in her massages, allowing for an unforgetable experience. She is also skilled with relieving the stress and symptoms associated with pregnancy, as well as nurturing the bond between mother and baby. Helen is especially gifted in energy healing such as Cranial-Sacral and Reiki. She is able to go beyond the physical benifits of massage, while creating an internal balance of body, mind, and spirit.
