Your time and well-being are very important to us. We understand that life happens, but when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment including rescheduling, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved service. For package sessions, the appointment will be counted as used. A credit card is required to hold all appointments, and any applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.

To avoid a fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can cancel or reschedule by:
