ACUSPA POLICIES
Reservations - All appointment reservations will be reserved with a major credit.
Arriving late- we will make every effort to give you your full time, however, we will not inconvenience the client after you, so your service will end on time.
Cancellations-we
ask for a 24 hour notice. This is to allow us time to schedule
in other clients who also may need an appointment. If cancellation
is less than 24 hours except appointments made same day) the client
will be responsible for 50% of the total cost of the service they
missed.
No shows-if
there is a missed appointment and no phone call prior, they will
be responsible for the total amount of the cost for the services
they missed.
Payment-Returned
checks will be subject to $25 fee, plus the full original price.
Gratuities-prices
do not include gratuities. It is customary to tip your therapists
15+% of the original service price, before any discounts. Gratuities
are greatly appreciated.
Referrals-if
you enjoyed your service and time spent here at AcuSpa, please
tell a friend and pass the word. Referrals are the most flattering
form of compliment.
