A note on SpaWeek & SpaFinder Cards...
It has recently come to our attention that our booking system is no longer compatible with SpaWeek and SpaFinder gift cards. Unfortunately, this means we are no longer able to redeem those gift cards. We thank you for your understanding and hope the aforementioned companies resolve the issue so that we can continue to pamper you!
Our Cancellation Policy
Your time and well-being is very important to us. We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Any cancellation* made less than 24 Hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If your appointment is part of a package, we will count the session as used. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
*Cancellations include rescheduling, arriving over 20 minutes late, and no call no shows.*
