This... read more was the first time getting a massage. I bought the deal for 5 sessions of lymphatic drainage massages. All the people working in the front were friendly and super helpful.
Anyways, Kevin was my masseuse and he was amazing. The first time I went, I was feeling super swollen, especially in my arms and upper back, where I tend to carry most of my weight. I normally have a high pain tolerance, so I didn't mind a little pressure in my massage. Kevin was helpful and explained a lot of the body's lymphatic drainage and how it functions. He also provided nutritional information and things to avoid when it comes down to swelling and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
The room itself is super clean and super comfortable. I knocked out a couple of times during the massage, just because it was so relaxing. Acuspa also has a lot of supplements, if you're interested and they're very open in explaining each and every single one of them. The street parking is very convenient as well!
